EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

The Master aims to implement a training course aimed at increasing knowledge in the field of clinical nutrition and metabolism through the teaching of the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying malnutrition and metabolic alterations that characterize both acute and chronic disease states. The course also aims to provide participants with the latest updates on therapeutic and preventive strategies for nutrition-related diseases and the negative consequences that each pathological condition has on their nutritional status.
