The Department of Translational and Precision Medicine carries out activities for public health and well-
being within the audience of the Policlinico Umberto I, and it also collaborate with local structures.
In particular, the Department offers a wide range of information initiatives for health and well-being, both
in the psychological field (from eating disorders to learning ones), both in the field of rare or autism-related
disease and with a constant focus on disabilities and differences.
Initiatives include clinical trials, screening campaigns, information and/or prevention days, awareness
campaigns, which have an impact on the well-being and health of individuals and are aimed at improving
the objective and perceived quality of life of the population, also encouraging patient empowerment.
